What is Project Beauty?

Project beauty is a photography campaign aimed to support young people who have struggled with or currently having a hard time with anxiety, self-image, suicidal thoughts, fighting illness or disabilties, mental health, eating disorders or self-doubt. Pretty much all of us ladies who are human. It’s a way to put these hard to deal with feelings out there, meet it face to face, talk it through, meet others who may struggle with the same things and then kick them out of your life for good!

The purpose is to watch each of them grow behind my lens. My job is to not only take photos that tell a story, but to be there to listen, give advice when I can and to be an additional positive women role model in their lives. You can never have too many I say. I want to change the way they see themselves in today’s digital age of social media, followers, likes, TikTok, for you pages and streaks. Life is more than that! Life is amazing if you let it in and push that other shit out of the way.

This isn’t just a photoshoot, it’s a movement. A movement that after years of doing my job is finally making me feel like I can do more. I can give you the space and the platform to spread the word, show your emotions and be real. It’s time to...

I am out to change your outlook and perspective so that you can go and spread it to all your friends and more. ONLY the first 50 girls or boys will be accepted.

Recommended donation $100.

We will be donating 50% of the monies raised to go towards purchasing items needed at Hessed House. This is the local Aurora shelter. Also we will purchase food for our local food pantry Aurora Interfaith Food pantry.
